Republic Act 6969. The Republic Act 6969 otherwise known as “Toxic Substances and Hazardous and Nuclear Waste Control Act of 1990” is the overarching law of all policies, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to toxic chemicals and hazardous and nuclear wastes in the Philippines.
