[FNV] NPCs put in a weird in-between world. Is it mods or not?
I've been playing Fallout: New Vegas semi-modded. But one problem i've come across is that multiple quest essential NPCs are put in this weird between real and fake world (picture below) Mostly in Freeside https://preview.redd.it/48cvsu6cp2b21.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=869bca0f255ec7bd5e58ebaeff577da410ef1ab7 I don't know if this is a mod or just a normal bug.
