lost and could use tips and suggestions

ok hi guys I'm new to weed in general even though ive been smoking for a long time when I did it was with others and I didnt really know about strains and how they work. I now smoke alone and dont really know what im doing tbh but I stick to the basic and just use a bong and gpen. I use it to help with my mental and physical disabilities. my doc recommended harmony but they turned out to be utter disappointment. breakwaters new patient wait is very long so I only have rise and greenleaf. I'm looking for a strain hybrid or Indica that they sell that can help me sleep and relax enough to sleep as well as with chronic pain. their websites don't offer much info or many reviews on them if someone could help me out with some tips id appreciate it. so far I've tried grape blow, , crown royal, and sunset sherbet and grape blow caused paranoia as I'm prone to it easily and sunset sherbet works well but I'm not looking for the long euphoric mindset where I'm thinking I'm looking for pain relief and sleep. crown royal did not really do much. I have had Girl scout cookies which helped nicely which is why liked sunset sherbet. black dawg worked well and so did black mamba but I got them from Ma and I dont have time to go up there to get more. so from the two dispenseries rise and grenleaf what are your recomendations? other dispensery recomendations are welcome. i used to go all the way to neta northhampton to get my bud any other out of state dispenseries that I can go to that sell flower.

MedicinalDreams 5 strain review

On August 31st I ordered 5 strains from MedicinalDreams, I received them on September 19th and after testing them all I wanna review them
​
Shipping:Shipping was horrible but you probably already know that about MD. I would recommend ordering from 10DC for cheap carts just based upon how long this package took to arrive. 2/10
​
Packaging: Everything was put in a small brown cardboard box, discreet and pretty average. 3 carts were in little mylar bags, one was in a clamshell pack and one was in a plastic tube. 8/10

I'm going to review the strains from best to worst

Girl Scout Cookies: This is the one in the tube. It taste like you are smoking a joint while drinking coffee. It's the only one that taste like actual weed. 9/10

Purple Punch: This one is the most terpy out of the bunch. As soon as I opened the mylar bag the smell of Welch fruit gummies hit me in the face. Taste very fruit/like berry. 8/10

Gorilla Glue: Taste gassy but not like actual weed like the GSC. Piney taste and overall pretty good. 8/10

Sunset Sherbet: This one disappointing me but not because of taste but because I ordered a 1mL and recieved a 0.5 mL. I've emailed support and hope they will send me another 0.5 to make my order right. Taste is pretty good though, sweet and fruit. 7/10

Gelato:This one also disappointed and I can't even really review it since I never got to actually try it. I've tried using it on 2.4, 2.8, and 3.2 voltages and the cartridge just doesn't produce any smoke at all. I included this in my email to support and if I receive a working cart i'll review it. Based on smell and dry hit it does seem good though.

Advice for complicated bunch of disorders, 32f

Hi all, I don’t know where to post this, as I have numerous disorders but decided my depression is probably the worst of them at the moment. I’ve been really struggling since covid and feel like I am barely hanging on. One of the biggest things I feel is overwhelmed. Constantly feeling overwhelmed. Even though my life is actually going quite smoothly lately (objectively), especially vs all the shit I’ve gone through in the past few years.
So I have adhd, ocd, generalized anxiety disorder, avoidant personality disorder and depression. My psychiatrist has also mentioned “sub clinical” autism. I never talk about this, and have not yet discussed it with anyone but I also have suffered from eating disorders for 17 years. With zyprexa/cannabis I have recently gained 15lbs and am trying to accept and be okay with this healthier body. I am also actively trying to stop purging.
One of my big obsessions is having kids/not having kids. I think about this SO often and get distressed. I know with my mental health being where it is, there is no way I could do it currently. When I think about all the things you have to do I feel like I don’t want to do it, but yet at the same time I feel unfulfilled and that maybe that’s what’s missing from my life? Also feel like I don’t know if I should even pass on my genetics. So as of now I say no kids for at least 5 years but I still obsess over this daily.
I had a workplace accident head/neck injury 5 years ago and though I was struggling with my depression prior to the accident, I became immensely more depressed being unable to work and the injury was not healing as expected. I ended up impulsively overdosing myself with bottle of ativan while drinking a few months into my recovery period, and having inpatient psych admission. This was when they figured out the adhd. I also have struggled with alcoholism and have not drank for 591 days.
I recently underwent psychological testing and have not yet received the full results but that is where the avoidant personality disorder diagnosis came in. She was very surprised by this (while reviewing some of my testing) after talking to me, as I can come across more outgoing due probably to my adhd? She also mentioned possible ptsd from my injury but again, I don’t have full results yet.
I feel almost constant anxiety, and am barely functioning other than work. I lay in bed on Reddit/Facebook/YouTube or watching reality tv shows like dance moms and counting on most of the time when not working. I am a nurse and my anxiety is interfering with my work. I feel such anxiety that even typing this and worrying about what people may say to me, if anyone reads it at all.. I feel worried someone I know may somehow read this and figure out it’s me. I feel a lot of dismay thinking I’m becoming more of a “patient” than a nurse. I feel uncomfortable sharing so much detail but feel I need to start taking more steps to help myself. I see my psychiatrist monthly and once the psychologist finishes my testing report she is going to review it with me and set up therapy with a psychologist. At least monthly but probably will do as frequent as they can to try and get things improving.
I have been on many medications- starting with Effexor and Xanax when I was initially diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder at 23. Later meds have included: Zoloft, celexa, wellbutrin, cymbalta, clonazepam, ativan, clonidine, trazodone, seroquel, zopiclone, rexulti... foquest, adderall. think I got most of them but might’ve missed a few. -Current meds: Prozac 60mg, vyvanse 50mg, intuniv 4mg, Synthroid 50mcg, naproxen 500mg twice daily, pantoprazole 40mg, CBD oil 30mg, vitamin d 4000iu, zyprexa 10mg bedtime, medical marijuana: sunset cannabis oil spray 25mg/ml thc (take 5-10 sprays, I think it’s 0.1ml per spray), and I have a few strains I vaporize- afghani kush, Girl Scout cookies are the ones I have currently.
I am very socially isolated and don’t really have any friends. I have an appt with my psychiatrist Monday and wondering what I should be asking to try next? After reading some posts here I would like to try an MAOI but feel that probably would be risky with the stimulants? Maybe amitriptyline? Maybe adding wellbutrin? (I was on wellbutrin but not at same time as an SSRI) probably I should try removing the medical marijuana to see if that helps? I do feel like the Prozac helps my ocd. I recently tried decreasing my zyprexa from 15mg to 5mg as I was feeling kind of slower cognitively. I ended up eventually getting suicidal ideation back which scared me and I went back to 10mg and it seems to have helped a lot.
I am also adding 20 min minimum per day of exercise and I have been doing at least 15-30 min of meditation for the last 3 weeks with my muse 2.
Advice? Tips? Anyone else deal with the same combo of disorders? Or similar? Would really appreciate any advice and I would be more than willing to go into more detail or answer questions if anyone has any. Thank you

SFTreats is back on empire after cgmc is now gone. rip cgmc. Same SFTreats, Shipping times and great packaging. Ordered on a monday got here on a wedsnesday. Package has a printed label as usual with enough packing+visual barrier to make it not feel empty if the contents are small.
Larry Bird (Aka Gelato 33)(epicure) looks and smells great. Really fat trichromes that pop on the dark purple hues. Orange hairs pop too. This stuff smells & tastes similar to some sunset sherbert i got a few years ago no joke. Sunset Sherbet is one of the parent strains. The nose has a dark purple/berry/blackberry? smell to it...sweet and citrusy as well. Tastes just like the smell but maybe a little skunky.

Gelato 45 has a dark berry, sweet smell to it too. A bit 'funky' as well. Some purple hues on the buds but not as much as the Larry Bird. Lots of orange hairs, tons of kief.

Gorilla og has tons of kief. Smells a bit earthy, piney but something sweet like girl scout cookies

Lemon Meringue kind of has an ammonia and woody smell too. Pure Sativa, Big green buds.
